SEARCH ENGINE

The Engine of Judicial/Legislative Application Cooperation with the Regions/Autonomous Provinces allows you to search within the entire regional regulatory corpus. The engine is supplied daily with indexes of regional regulatory acts made available by the individual Regions/Autonomous Provinces.

Searches result in a list of one or more acts, which, when clicked on, redirect you to the acts stored in the legislative database of the issuing Region/Autonomous Province.

HOW TO FIND ACTS

The Engine of Judicial/Legislative Application Cooperation with the Regions/Autonomous Provinces allows you to search the acts in the following ways:

  • Advanced search;
Simple search

This search method allows you to search the acts by entering, individually or in combination, the following information:

  • Details of the act: number, day, month, year;
  • Name of the act;
  • Words in the title and/or text.

You can always set the research, simultaneously, for all or some of the Regions/Autonomous Provinces.

Advanced search

This method allows you to set more complex searches according to the response you are looking for; for example, you can even indicate words contained in the Title or in the text of the act.

  • Regions/Autonomous Provinces;
  • type of measure;
  • details of the act;
  • version of the act (original, current or repealed);
  • title;
  • text preview (when searching for words in the text).

Selecting one of the listed acts activates the direct link to the document displayed on the original website of the Region/Autonomous Province.

The order in which the results are displayed is shown in the top left (Current order: e.g. ACT DATE - descending); you can change the order of the results using the menu in the top right, by selecting one of the following options:

  • Act Date;
  • Region/Autonomous Province-Act Date;
  • Act Number.

For each of the above options, by clicking on the arrow to the right of the drop-down window, you can set the ascending/descending order of the results.

There is also a "SEARCH CRITERIA" section, which shows a summary of the type of research performed:

  • Type (simple or advanced search)

  • Name of the act
  • Words in the title and/or text (for a simple search)
  • Words in the title (for an advanced search)
