I have been facing connection issues while using Remote Desktop app for Mac after latest update.

The connection is lost frequently and tries to reconnect. all other apps are running fine in same connection.

Be able to modify the personalized fields of the Service, to indicate if they are options or mandatory and if they are hidden.

You can also change the Assign Personnel option to the "any member" option since when creating a service through the API with two staffmenbers the option changes to "Assign all selected personnel for an appointment".

Outlook Add-in - More options for Send Override Mode

The Send Override Mode feature for Sent events has recently left preview and it's included in the 1.14 requirements set. But this option can only have the value PromtUser. Are there any plans to bring the other values (Block, SoftBlock) into this feature? And if so, is there any timeline for this?

Android navigation bottom bar keep showing when alt+(any key) pressed in RD sessions

My setup is using Galaxy Android tablet, physical keyboard, latest updated RD client from Play store

When RD session Fullscreen, navigation (bottom) bar keep showing when the Alt+(any key) is pressed.

It's doesnt happened with other apps like YouTube.

Any idea on this? Thanks for the help.

Clipboard paste from remote desktop causes Mac app unresponsive

On Mac and Remote Desktop Version 10.9.7 (2198). I've had several instances over time that when pasting text that was copied from remote desktop into any application on the Mac side that causes the application to become unresponsive for a minute or 2. Certainly does not happen all the time, as I copy and paste dozens of times per day but does happen every few days and is disruptive, of course.

Mac is Intel-based Ventura 13.6.7. Most of the time I am pasting into MS Visual Studio Code (mac version), but can happen in any Mac app.

Ability to minimize Task Pane Add-in and Easily Bring It Back When Only 1 Add-in is Open

Hello,

After updating to the latest version, we have a problem connecting to the RDP server. All the time we get this message:

0x3707

An authentication error has occured, possibly because NTLM authentication was blocked on the remote computer

Could you please help us how to fix it? We tried another app and it worked fine.

Hi, there is a bug in this version RDS wherein once the laptop sleeps and is reopened and the connection the server is reestablished, the server is unable to respond to mouse events until and unless the window is resized. Please check why is this happening. It is connecting to MS Windows Server 2016.

I'm developing an app that indexes chats in Teams. This involves using webhooks to receive change notifications from the Microsoft Graph API. I've managed to receive create and update notifications through the webhook, which then update my database. However, I'm not getting notifications when a chat is deleted in the Teams app. For instance, if a private chat between two people gets deleted on both ends, I don't receive a change notification for that event.

I hope this email finds you well. I have encountered some bugs with the cursor and Magic Keyboard on the new iPad Pro M4. Specifically, the cursor cannot move to the top or bottom edge of the screen after switching to another app and then returning to the RD client, whether using the Magic Keyboard trackpad or the iPad’s touchscreen. Additionally, the new Magic Keyboard’s control key, shift key, and return key are not recognized by the RD client. I appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues and hope for a prompt fix.

Please onboarding China Apple AppStore for MacOS Microsoft Remote Desktop app ASAP. I'm unable to register an apple ID out of China country/region. And currently, the AVD asked me to upgrade to latest version.

How do we get proactive notifications when the remote desktop client is updated for AVD?

Issue with version 1.2.5331.0 causing miss rendering of third party application

The latest version (1.2.5331.0) of Azure Remote Desktop client for Windows MSI causing a visual issue with our application. What’s happening is it seems some elements of our program are miss rendered causing our users to miss click. We found that by rolling back to version 1.2.5255.0 seems to resolve the issue.

Our temporary work around is to rollback and disable automatic updates in the registry. This isn't ideal though.

Note, I submitted a ticket to MS and they advise I post my question here.
